HSA Bank Login Step-by Step:

  1. Visit the HSA Bank website at http://www.hsabank.com/HSABank/Accountholders.aspx 
  2. At the top of the screen in the black section is where the login link is located; click this. Please make sure that you have an HSA bank account already set up otherwise this process will not work. If you have not done this yet, click on the link below the green "login" button where it says "not signed up for Internet Banking?" This will take you to where you can sign up. Follow their instructions then come back to this login screen. You will need your Health Savings Account (HSA) number, Social Security Number and email address.
  3. You can also find the login page by clicking the teal green "internet banking login" button on the upper left side of the screen.
  4. At the HSA bank login page, enter your username and click login. This should take you to the appropriate screen so you can access your HSA account.

 

If the username does not work or you cannot remember what it is. Please Contact Us. We do not have manual username, password or challenge question reset.

 

 

HSA Bank Login Password and Username Reset Instructions:

  1. Prior to logging into the HSA Bank Login for the first time, you must click on the link in the set-up confirmation email. This will verify that your email address is correct.
  2. Be sure you do not have the caps lock on and that you are entering your information correctly. They are case sensitive, meaning that our system distinguishes between upper and lower case letters.
  3. When you receive your confirmation email, save it in your email folder somewhere. Then you can access it if you forget your username or password information. If not you will have to contact us to alter this information.
